Why Parents Choose Eagle Valley Youth Ranch
- Individual Attention: Eagle Valley Youth Ranch is intentionally kept small (16 beds) to maximize one-on-one interaction. Our student-to-staff ratios are excellent and our therapists have small caseloads.
- Single Gender Treatment: By accepting only girls, our program has a better focus and allows our girls to progress more rapidly.
- Accredited Academics: Students earn credits that can transfer back to their home school.
- Clinical Diversity : Every girl is different. The blend of therapies offered at Eagle Valley Youth Ranch allows us to reach each girl in a different way, greatly increasing the chances of a successful outcome.
.
- Length of Stay: Each week, girls receive 2-3 hours of individual therapy, family therapy (via the phone), equine or recreational therapy, outdoor therapy, and regular group therapy. This clinical intensity reduces the average length of stay - and the accompanying costs—to about eight months, or about half of the industry average.
- Life Skills: The broad range of life skills taught and encouraged at Eagle Valley Youth Ranch helps girls come home not only emotionally healthy, but well prepared for success in all areas of their lives as well.
- Unique Setting: Teens that are particularly resistant to change are more likely to be impacted by the unique setting of an historic ranch.
